A new fast casual restaurant in Warner Robins offers authentic Japanese cuisine that’s a departure from hibachi, teriyaki and sushi. At Tenmii Japanese Eatery, guests will find dishes such as rice bowls that people enjoy on the streets of Japan that start with a cup, adding rice, then meat, and next the sauce. But these come with a more sophisticated presentation, said Kusmayadi “Han” Djunaidi, who owns and operates the new spot with his wife, Vita Tjhin.

The price tag includes the 480,808-square-foot enclosed mall and its 50.82-acre property, according to the listing from Atlanta-based Taylor McMinn Retail Group, a net lease and shopping center investment sales team under Marcus & Millichap. Headquartered in Calabasas, California, the Marcus & Millichap firm specializes in commercial real estate sales, financing, research and advisory services.

The former site of the New Perry Hotel is now under the ownership of a Georgia bank, with the new owners planning to construct a new downtown branch office on the 1.57 acres of prime property in downtown Perry. A mixed commercial development of retail space, office suites and penthouse apartments had been proposed for the vacant property before its sale.
