However, it remains unclear what the future use of the Day Street property will be. Green Bay-based real estate developer McDonald Companies has a 120-day option to purchase the property and says it wants to be a community partner as it looks to bring new life to the 48-acre site.

GREEN BAY (WLUK) -- Green Bay's city council voted Tuesday night to double parking ramp rates for the NFL Draft. The city says it's necessary to cover increased staffing and maintenance needs. NFL Draft in Green Bay: Public transit, satellite parking, shuttle and rideshare optionsWednesday through Friday next week, the rates will go from $1 per hour, or $12 per day, to $2 per hour, or $24 dollars per day.
