Proposals for the first floor of 108 Risbygate Street, Bury St Edmunds, were submitted in November last year. The premises was home to Orissa Cocktail Lounge but according to planning documents, this shut due to "insufficient business". Orissa restaurant remains open on the ground floor.

Greggs is looking to carry out works on its store on Market Hill in Sudbury. Plans lodged with Babergh District Council reveal the outside of the shop will be given a fresh lick of paint, while internal alterations are also being considered. New floor, wall and ceiling finishes could be but in place.
