(WVVA) - The suspect in the car accident death of former War Police Chief Richard Lee Dillon Sr., and his son Richard Lee Dillon Jr., was arrested in Mercer County Wednesday according to McDowell County Sheriff James Muncy. The suspect, Brandon Dunford, is being charged with two counts of negligent homicide, along with one count each of passing in a no-passing zone, reckless driving and failure to maintain control of a vehicle.

BECKLEY, W.Va. (WVVA) - UPDATE: Ryan Bayne-Durgan, 39, is wanted by detectives following a shooting that took place Thursday night at a residence in the 100 block of Grant Street. According to Beckley Police Department Chief David Allard, deputies arrived on scene at 8:40 p.m. on Thursday. It was then discovered that two male suspects had been involved in an altercation that led to an exchange of gunfire.

Saturday evening, according to a press release from the U.S. Department of Justice. Capote-Cauz was pronounced dead following an EMS transport to a local hospital.
