DAPHNE, Ala. (WPMI) — TimoTHy Cornelious Franklin, Jr, 18, has been charged with two counts of robbery 1st degree in connection with a double shooting in Daphne on April 29th. The two shooting victims remain in critical condition. Two other teens were arrested earlier this week. Police say one suspect is a 16-year-old Daphne High School student, who is not being identified due to his age. Skylar Jemison, 18, is charged with two counts of attempted murder and two counts of robbery in the first degree.

PRICHARD, Ala, (WPMI) — In an order issued late Tuesday, Circuit Judge Michael Windom reset the cases against Nia Bradley, Teresa Lewis, Randy Burden and Anthony Bradley until February 2026. MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — Af ormer Mobile Police Officer has been indicted on a vehicular manslaughter charge in a crash that killed motorcyclist Sumner Howard. Howard later died. We're now learning Adams was in two accidents before the crash, including one earlier that day, and he was in another accident afterward. All four incidents happened while he was on duty. According to MPD, Adams resigned from the department three weeks ago, unrelated to the investigation into the crash.
