DECATUR, Ill. (WCIA) — A Decatur man is facing charges of possessing child pornography after police accused him of uploading images of child sex abuse to his Microsoft OneDrive account and having images showing a young girl’s rape. Kevin Horve is facing three counts of possessing pornographic content depicting someone 13 years or younger. He was arrested on Tuesday and made his first appearance in court the following day.

TOLEDO, Ill. (WCIA) — Two juveniles were arrested in Cumberland County after the Sheriff’s Office said they were tied to dozens of headstones being knocked down this week. The damage happened at the Toledo Cemetery on June 3. Sheriff Steve Maroon said in a news release that the damage was reported to his office the following day by someone who regularly visits their family’s plots. The report was made at 10:07 a.m. and five minutes later, deputies arrived at the cemetery.

FORSYTH, Ill. (WCIA) — The husband and wife who were found dead in their Forsyth home this week died as a result of gunshot wounds, the autopsies found. The Macon County Sheriff’s Office provided an update in the case on Thursday, saying autopsies on William and Lorie Frame were completed on Wednesday. The autopsies determined that each died from a single gunshot wound.

DECATUR, Ill. (WCIA) — A Decatur man accused of stabbing his mother and her husband two years ago has been found not guilty by reason of insanity. A judge ruled that he did commit the crime but was suffering a mental illness when he did so. Trying Quincy Thompson from the bench on May 30, Judge Thomas Griffith found that prosecutors had proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Thompson committed two counts of attempted murder.
