BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — Hidden on the second floor of the L-J Anderson Building in Bismarck is Rhythm Records, stocked with shelves and sounds of music, old and new genres. “I’ve been very happy with how we’ve been doing in this building the last several years. We got interesting new records, affordable used records, live music and have a lot of fun with it,” says Gun Lindgren, owner of the store. He is the third person to own the record store.

BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — “I was proud to serve. Very proud of my country. Do what I can to help out, help them out,” said Russell Gilbertson. Gilbertson is a Vietnam Veteran who spent three years in the Army and one year in Vietnam. He was in the first infantry division, and describes from his home in Bismarck what those moments were like. “We did a lot of walking through the jungle. I can never forget, me and three other guys got separated from a patrol, that was scary,” Gilbertson said.
