    TOLEDO, Ill. (WCIA) — Two juveniles were arrested in Cumberland County after the Sheriff’s Office said they were tied to dozens of headstones being knocked down this week. The damage happened at the Toledo Cemetery on June 3. Sheriff Steve Maroon said in a news release that the damage was reported to his office the following day by someone who regularly visits their family’s plots. A judge ruled that he did commit the crime but was suffering a mental illness when he did so. Trying Quincy Thompson from the bench on May 30, Judge Thomas Griffith found that prosecutors had proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Thompson committed two counts of attempted murder.
