    (WJBF) – On this week’s episode, Trevor Speed stops by the kitchen to walk us through making an Italian staple, Chicken Marsala. Trevor came highly requested by the Augusta community to appear on the show. He’s been cooking professionally for 15 years, starting at age 17 as a pizza and pasta maker in Arizona. He’s since moved on to numerous restaurants and hospitality groups over the years. “Italian food is something I adore,” says Trevor.
