10-year-old me: By 2025 we’re going to have flying cars, dish-washing robots and life on Mars. Actual 2025: I have to dig out my old Amazon Fire Stick to download the Roku Channel to watch my local MLB team play on a Sunday afternoon in June.

RIP, my friend. 😔 Few people taught me more about basketball than this man. Some of the best moments of my life came with him by my side on the @MagicOfMarchWI telecasts. Jerry will be missed by so many. A huge loss for the Wisconsin basketball community. https://t.co/Q0PoTUgMBN

Sad news for our state basketball landscape. A legend in every sense of the word has passed. RIP to Jerry Petitgoue. Prayers for Joan and the family.

Couldn't be prouder of this guy. From our time together at UWO, to working alongside you on the Packers beat. It's been a pleasure. All the best, Cody!

Never had the "ESPN" type of aspirations, only wanted a chance cover the Packers in a place my internet-less grandma would need to just turn on her television. Mahalo Fox11 for making that happen for this guy from Fond du lac, WI 🫶⬇️ https://t.co/RHHxGVK4EJ
