OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma (KCBD) - The Texas Tech Red Raiders are on to a winner-take-all game three, taking down the Texas Longhorns, 4-3, on Thursday. The Red Raiders jumped out in front in the bottom of the fifth following a bases-loaded hit by pitch with Reagan Jennings scoring from third. A wild pitch then brought in another run, putting the Red Raiders up, 2-1. Texas would cut the lead with a home run on their side of the sixth. Texas Tech then added two more in the bottom of the sixth.

OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma (KCBD) - The Texas Tech Red Raiders are heading to the Women’s College World Series Championship Series finale. Texas Tech made history in its WCWS debut, beating Oklahoma, 3-2, which was looking for its fifth-consecutive title. The Red Raider offense sparked in the second inning, scoring two. Demi Elder hit an RBI triple to score first followed by an RBI single by Bailey Lindemuth.

OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma (KCBD) - The Texas Tech Red Raiders are one win away from making their first appearance in the Women’s College World Series Championship Series finale. The Red Raiders take on the Oklahoma Sooners, who will need to beat the Red Raiders twice to move on, at 6 p.m. at Devon Park in Oklahoma City. If Oklahoma takes game one, the two will play again with a start time set for 8:30 p.m. tonight.

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Texas Tech night will take place at Globe Life Field in Arlington as the Texas Rangers host the St. Louis Cardinals tonight. Texas Ranger third baseman and former Red Raider Josh Jung will be catching the ceremonial first pitch thrown by Texas Tech basketball coach Grant McCasland. Texas Rangers reporter Emily Jones will take part of the festivities as well. We will have the game tonight in the Lubbock and South Plains area on KMYL My Lubbock TV.
