    PORT HURON — Underclassmen ruled the boys high school basketball scene in the Blue Water Area last season. Now, a year later, many of them remain on the Times Herald's All-Blue Water Area teams. What else did you expect? In an effort to recognize the best athletes, the top players were selected with no regard to positions. Coaches were asked to submit their top 10 players from the region. Those submissions were taken into consideration, along with other factors. Need a break?
