New information was released Monday about a former St. Xavier high school staffer who admitted to having a sexual relationship with a student. The new information comes from the sentencing memorandum – just released Monday. The document describes Emily Nutley as a child predator who should spend years in prison for her crimes. The memorandum from prosecutors states, "like most pedophiles, Nutley preyed on the most defenseless person she could find." Nutley has pleaded guilty in the case.
