Rocky River Police said 36-year-old Feras Hamdan turned himself in at the department with his attorney. According to police, Miller called 911 at about 9:30 a.m. Thursday and said he was on Interstate 90 and driving to work when a man laid on his horn.

    PAINESVILLE, Ohio (WOIO) - The Painesville man guilty of killing a teen in downtown Willoughby last summer, will be sentenced in Lake County Court of Common Pleas Friday. On May 13, a jury found Fernando Alejo guilty of murder, tampering with evidence, and illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor permit premises. Rogelio Cabrera, 17, of Madison, was shot around 12:30 a.m. on July 13, 2024. Cabrera was found lying on the ground in the alleyway near Barrio Tacos on Erie Street.
