    WAYNE COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - A Wayne County man facing more than 15 sex charges, including several counts for the rape of juveniles, has a plea hearing in Wayne County Court of Common Pleas Tuesday. Seth Leedy, 43, of Shreve, was arrested Sept. 19, 2024 and is being held without bond. Leedy faces five counts of rape. Court documents say three of those counts are for the rape of children between the ages of six and nine years old.

    ROCKY RIVER, Ohio (WOIO/Gray News) - A man in Ohio is accused of threatening Republican Rep. Max Miller and his family in a road rage incident. Rocky River Police said 36-year-old Feras Hamdan turned himself in at the department with his attorney. According to police, Miller called 911 at about 9:30 a.m. Thursday and said he was on Interstate 90 and driving to work when a man laid on his horn.

    CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine issued a reprieve Friday for the man sentenced to death for killing a Cleveland police officer. Quisi Bryan was convicted in 2000 of killing Cleveland Police Officer Wayne Leon. His most recent execution date for Jan. 7, 2026 has been moved to Nov. 15, 2028. Officer Leon, 32, was killed at a gas station after pulling over Bryan on June 25, 2000.

    CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders entered a guilty plea to speeding in Strongsville Mayor’s Court and paid $250 in fines and court costs. Strongsville Police cited Sanders early Tuesday morning for traveling 101 in a 60 mph zone.
