CINCINNATI (WXIX) - The unidentified woman, known as the “Rose Lady,” whose body was found in North Avondale in 2018 has been identified. According to Hamilton County Coroner Dr. Lakshmi Kode Sammarco, the woman was identified as Patricia Colina Goodwin, who was 71 years old when she died. Goodwin’s body was discovered by a group of children playing outside a North Avondale apartment complex on Glenwood Avenue May 31, 2018.

CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Hamilton County Coroner Dr. Lakshmi Kode Sammarco plans to discuss new developments in a 2018 case Tuesday. The coroner’s office says this is in regards to the unidentified woman’s body found in North Avondale May 31, 2018. The FBI, Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigations and Cincinnati police will join Dr. Sammarco. The press conference is expected to begin at 1 p.m. Watch the video above for live updates. DAYTON, Ohio (WXIX) - A 6-year-old Tri-State boy died after accidentally falling into a swimming pool. Leigh Ann Ocampo confirms her son Xander died on May 25. The accident happened on May 17 while celebrating a family birthday in Madison Township. Ocampo says Xander’s father pulled his son out of the pool, did CPR for 10 minutes, and got his heart beating until paramedics arrived.

CINCINNATI (WXIX) - One man is under arrest and police are still looking for a second after several shots were fired between two vehicles in Falmouth Saturday night. “From what we are being told, this was a prearranged meet up for an altercation. There had been back and forth. Things had been stolen from each other back and forth,” said Falmouth Assistant Police Chief Nicholas Timon.
