    Bytes and Brews temporarily closed just over a year after the "gamebar" opened in downtown Columbus. On March 17, the bar & restaurant at 117 12th St. announced on its Facebook page it will be closed for a few weeks. The closure is for improvements to the dining room and arcade to be completed. Early in March, Bytes and Brews closed its dining room for these updates. Bytes and Brews opened in early 2024, offering a collection of arcade games like Pac-Man, Street Fighter and pinball machines.
