The Ledger-Enquirer is a newspaper owned by McClatchy, located in the heart of Columbus, Georgia, USA. It was established in 1828 by Mirabeau B. Lamar, who later contributed significantly to the creation of the Republic of Texas and became its third President. This publication has won the Pulitzer Prize for Public Service twice.
