    Senator Susan Collins joined a group of bipartisan lawmakers this weekend in Israel as the United States continues to show their support for Israel in their war with Hamas. Senator Collins says she met with families of some of those being held hostage by the terrorist group. “I cannot stop thinking about a little three-year-old girl named Abigail who has been taken hostage by Hamas,” said Collins. “Her older sister and brother, aged 6 and 9, hid for 14 hours in a closet to escape Hamas,” she said.

    PORTLAND (WGME) - Maine State Police are making several safety reminders after a Massachusetts man was hurt in a rollover crash on Saturday. Around 2:30 p.m. police say a single car rolled over near mile marker 4 on I-295 in Portland. They say the driver lost control of the car, struck a guardrail, and rolled over. The driver was able to get out of their vehicle and was sent to the hospital with minor injuries. Police say his tires were partially bald and was driving too fast in the rain.

    LEWISTON (WGME) - A popular Lewiston center is back open to the public. "Mr. Drew and His Animals Too" re-opened on Saturday on East Avenue after being closed for seven months. Drew Desjardins, or Mr. Drew, and his wife, Susan, rescue and rehabilitate unwanted, injured, or abused exotic animals, while teaching the public about them. The new location spans nearly 10-thousand square feet. Mr. Drew says the center is home to more than two hundred animals.

    PORTLAND (WGME) -- A central Maine man convicted of defrauding the federal government has received an additional nine months in prison. Our media partners at the Bangor Daily News report that a federal judge ruled 45-year-old Nathan Reardon violated his release conditions by being a landlord. The BDN reports Reardon was arrested in August for continually renting out apartments in disrepair, despite a judge telling him to stop.

I'm so sorry guys but we (the Democrats) lost a free and fair election. We can't cry it was fraud now when we've been touting how safe the systems are up until this very moment. Voter turnout SUCKED for the Dems. There's real work to be done, but we gotta stop crying wolf first.
