NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A North Charleston woman was arrested Wednesday and charged with the sexual exploitation of a minor, according to online jail records. Jillian Johnell Maxner, 43, of North Charleston, was arrested following a search warrant executed at her residence on the 3300 block of Stonybrook Road, according to the Charleston County Sheriff's Office. An affidavit states Maxner uploaded a video to Kik that depicted a female child engaging in sexual intercourse with an animal.
