MORGANTOWON, W.Va (WDTV) - The West Virginia Professional Charter School Board has awarded two local charter schools millions of dollars. $1.5 million in grant money is going to West Virginia Academy in Morgantown, and another $900,000 is going to the Clarksburg Classical Academy.
