GLASGOW, Ky. (WBKO) - A rollover crash in Glasgow had traffic backed up at one intersection during the lunch commute Thursday. According to Terry Flatt with Glasgow Police, the crash happened at the corner of Trojan Trail and 31-E around noon. Flatt said two cars were involved with one vehicle that rolled over. The road was temporarily shut down as crews worked to clean up the scene. Flatt said it should be reopened by 1:30p.m. Thankfully, no one was injured in the accident.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - Community members are mourning the loss of Romanza Johnson, a beloved resident, philanthropist and long-time volunteer of Bowling Green, Kentucky. Johnson passed away Wednesday night while in hospice. She was 85. If you didn’t know her personally, her name is probably familiar to you as she accumulated many accolades spanning decades of service but notably Romanza Johnson Park in Warren County carries her namesake.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - A man who has warrants for his arrest in Bowling Green, Kentucky has escaped from police custody in Seattle, Washington. According to Port of Seattle Police Department (POSPD), Sedrick T. Stevenson escaped custody around 11:00a.m. Sunday at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Police said agents were attempting to take Stevenson back to Kentucky when at the ticket counter he ran toward the light rail station. They ran after him but could not capture him.

MUNFORDVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) - After nearly five days, investigators with Hart County Sheriff’s Department said a missing teenager has been found in Ohio. Investigators said the 15-year-old boy was last seen April 29, 2025 getting on a school bus at Hart County High School. He was then seen getting off the bus at a scheduled stop at Munfordville Elementary.

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) - Grades are out for area hospitals from the Leapfrog Group - a national nonprofit watchdog that monitors for patient safety among other initiatives. The Medical Center at Bowling Green (MCBG) got an “A” Hospital Safety Grade for the fifth time in a row. With that achievement, MCBG is now considered a “Straight A” hospital.
