We visited Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen and Bar, a restaurant where dishes like beef wellington or traditional fish and chips might be popular choices. However, we both decided on salads instead. Yousefian chose a chicken Caesar, while I went for a poke bowl, complemented by some olives and bread to share – a decidedly healthy choice.

John Duffield, the veteran fund manager entrepreneur, is cashing in more than £10m of his stake in the New Star (NSI) investment trust he set up 24 years ago.
