    GLEN ROCK, NJ — On a rainy Thursday last month, two drivers hit the same pole on Route 208 14 hours apart, said Glen Rock police. But it wasn't a coincidence. Police in Glen Rock said that the pole was hit on the highway just south of Lincoln Avenue, once in the morning and once in the evening. The crashes occurred during a nor'easter that swirled through the area starting in the morning. Investigators eventually gave the town a reason why the two crashes happened in that specific area.

    HOBOKEN, NJ — The city of Hoboken is encouraging residents, businesses, and community groups to take part in the eighth annual Spring Fling, a citywide day of service dedicated to beautifying Hoboken’s parks and public spaces.     HOBOKEN, NJ — After years of residents of Hoboken and Jersey City complaining about noisy and low-flying helicopters, Hoboken Mayor Ravi Bhalla has said the city will sue the Federal Aviation Administration. The city plans to sue the agency "for its continued failure to exercise oversight and protect the residents of Hoboken from the public harms associated with low-flying, non-essential commercial helicopters," a city spokesperson said Tuesday.
