    CHATHAM - ECLC of New Jersey, a borough-based school for kids with special needs, opened a thrift store at 16 Waverly Place in Madison to hire graduates Wednesday, May 28. After a ribbon cutting, customers were welcomed inside and shopped for clothes, accessories, decorations, silverware and more. The first ever purchase in the store’s history was made by Chatham Township resident Susan Ross, who bought two, 10-pound weights.

    MADISON – Officials cut the ribbon in front of the Forum at Madison, a 44-unit all-affordable townhouse complex on Community Place, Wednesday, May 28.
