Da die Bereitschaft der Beschäftigten sinkt, sich kollektiv zu organisieren, wurden 2.564 Beschäftigte in der Metall- und Elektroindustrie zu ihrem gewerkschaftlichen Engagement und ihren tarifpolitischen Einstellungen befragt.
