LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A suspect is in police custody and facing charges in the April death of a man whose body was found with burns near the railroad tracks. Antonio Telford Jr., 33, is facing murder charges in the death of 48-year-old Leotha Patton III. His body was discovered on April 13 in the 1500 block of A Street, near Owens Avenue and I-15. LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Police are investigating an overnight crash that left a 33-year-old man with life-threatening injuries. The crash was reported shortly before midnight Wednesday on Flamingo Road near Lindell Road. Las Vegas Metropolitan police said the man was crossing Flamingo outside of a crosswalk and was struck by a driver in an SUV. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital, but police did not know the extent of the injuries.

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A contractor, with a now revoked license, was arrested and is facing 21 felony counts for allegedly defrauding — mostly seniors — out of more than $350,000. According to the Nevada State Contractors Board, Steven Adinolfi is “one of its most egregious contractors.”Adinolfi did business under the name Made in the Shade and is accused of taking money from customers while not performing the work or abandoning it.
