It would have been nice if just a few of the many music fans who streamed into the White Oak Music Hall lawn Sunday night to see Wilco had drifted to the venue's upstairs stage to see Baltimore-based indie-rocker/guitarist Bartees Strange. Since the Wilco show had an early 6 p.m start time and Strange didn't take the stage until after 9:30 p.m., it could have been a cool coda to their day in which they discover a worthy new voice.
