MANCHESTER, Vt. (WCAX) - The Manchester Music Festival opened earlier this month for its 50th season, and as part of the program this weekend will host a discussion on racial bias in the world of classical music. The event, "Given a Chance: Concert and Discussion," will take place on Sunday from 5-7 PM at the SVAC Arkell Pavilion in Manchester and will feature a musical performance as well as a topical discussion on underrepresentation in the music industry.
