    ASHLAND COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - The National Transportation Safety Board is holding a press conference at 3 p.m. on Wednesday regarding the deadly Ashland County plane crash. A 72-year-old man died Monday evening after crashing his single-engine plane in Jackson Township. The crash happened at 7:42 p.m. in a wooded area near State Route 89 and Township Road 902. Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) troopers said the pilot was the only person on board the Express 2000 FT.
