(WGME)PORTLAND (WGME) -- A Hurricane Watch has been issued for part of the coast of Maine ahead of Hurricane Lee's arrival. The Hurricane Watch extends from the Canadian border to the waters off of Portland. A Tropical Storm Watch extends as far south as Rhode Island. Wind, power outages, coastal flooding, and heavy rain continue to look more likely across Maine.
