One of Nanaimo’s major landmark historic buildings is about to get some exterior alterations and repairs. At a meeting Monday, April 7, Nanaimo city council approved a heritage alteration permit to allow work to upgrade and refurbish windows and roofing to the old and newer portions of the Nanaimo Courthouse building. The permit application was made by the B.C. Ministry of Citizens' Services.
