MIDLAND, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – Chevron plans to lay off 200 employees at its Permian Basin operations in West Texas, with job cuts set to begin on July 15. The layoffs will impact workers at three facilities in Midland County, according to a filing with the Texas Workforce Commission.
