Ten days after a boat capsized on the St. Johns River, crews have located the final missing child, according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, News 6 partner WJXT reports. The incident was first reported to the Coast Guard around 7 p.m. on March 21 after an 18-foot vessel overturned on the St. Johns River near the Dames Point Bridge, sending all eight people aboard into the water, including the two children.
