A man accused of involvement in an armed robbery at a Garvin County marijuana grow was indicted Thursday, according to Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond. In a news release issued Thursday, Drummond says 26-year-old Geane Johnson Jr. was part of a group that assaulted multiple people at the marijuana business in Elmore City last June. Investigators say the group stole a gun, cash and processed marijuana before stealing two cars to get away.

A man was killed in a shooting involving police Friday morning following a pursuit that ended near Cushing, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. OHP says at around 1:26 a.m., the agency assisted the Cushing Police Department with a vehicle pursuit. As the pursuit ended, OHP says a male suspect fired multiple rounds at officers on scene, who returned fire. OHP says the suspect was fatally struck by gunfire. The incident remains under investigation at this time.

A Pottawatomie County man accused of killing his wife in September has entered a guilty plea, according to court records. Investigators say Bradley Frye shot and killed his wife, Sara, before staging the crime scene to make it appear as a suicide. RELATED: 'Not Adding Up:' Pottawatomie Co. Husband Accused Of Murdering Wife, Staging SuicideNow, court records show Frye has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, although those records show Frye could still face a first-degree murder charge.
