CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A 15-year-old accused of fatally shooting 25-year-old Kyle Mirick during a botched robbery had a history of previous charges and was not supposed to be out of his house at the time of the incident. The Cincinnati Police Fraternal Order of Police #69 President, Ken Kober, is now calling for changes in the judicial system. "You see this tragedy happens time after time after time with these kids that are violent offenders. They need to be held.

ELIZABETHTOWN, Ohio (WKRC) - After more than two centuries of continuous worship, the Elizabethtown Methodist Church is closing its doors. Founded in 1803, the church is believed to be the oldest institution of any kind in the Greater Cincinnati area, said Dennis Simpson, a congregation member and historian. "That makes it probably the oldest institution of any kind in the Greater Cincinnati area. We don't know of anything else that's been in continuous existence that long," Simpson said.
