Tens of thousands of Detroit Lions fans flocked downtown for Saturday night's playoff game but the crowds caused no major issues for police, an official said. Detroit Police Department spokesperson Cpl. Daniel Donakowski said that he wasn't aware of any significant incidents in the area as of 11 p.m. Saturday. More than 100,000 people were expected downtown Saturday night, police said, drawn by the Lions game, a Pistons game and the Detroit Auto Show.
