PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - A three-alarm fire ripped through several SEPTA buses in a Philadelphia storage yard. Officials said the fire tore through 7 to 10 decommissioned buses. The storage yard is the SEPTA Midvale District, SEPTA'S biggest facility, located in the 2400 block of Roberts Avenue. The yard has gas powered and electric buses, all de-commissioned, according to SEPTA. Electric buses were de-energized. Thick black smoke could be seen swirling into the air around 6:15 a.m. on Thursday.

HANOVER TWP., Pa. - One person is dead, and another hurt, after a two-car crash in Northampton County. "With the summer season here in full motion, we're going to see an increase in traffic. We're asking people to slow down," said Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Nathan Branosky. State Police said a speeding car was attempting to pass another car in the right lane on Route 22 in Hanover Township on Thursday, after 9:30 p.m. when it lost control and veered off the road.
