    BEND, Ore. -- The City of Bend is relaunching a popular e-bike rebate program for lower income people looking for an alternate form of transportation. The program, in conjunction with Commute Options and funded by the funded by the Pacific Power Foundation, is offering 70 rebates of up to $1,800 for an e-bike.     BEND, Ore. -- Thursday marked the last day of school Bend- La Pine School District. Students ran out of the exit of High Lakes Elementary School to cheering parents and teachers, celebrating the milestone. "I made everyone in my classroom my friend," 1st grader Maisly said. "My favorite thing about this school year is learning all the stuff."According to 1st grader Bodhi, very many friends were made this year.
