AbstractPurpose The adverse effects and drug abuse issues associated with opioid drugs have made finding a safe and effective alternative a focus of research. Oliceridine has attracted attention for its lower adverse reactions, such as respiratory depression and gastrointestinal issues, compared to traditional opioids, and is considered a promising candidate for addressing the current limitations in opioid therapy.

Compositional Dependence of Uniaxial Zero Thermal Expansion and Zero Linear Compressibility in Metal-Organic Framework MIL-122 (Al, Ga, In)
The responses of MIL-122(Al, Ga, In) to pressure or temperature have been investigated. The findings suggest that the a-axis in the lattice exhibits minimal compressibility, particularly with zero linear compressibility (ZLC) behavior observed in MIL-122(In), consistent with experimental reports.

AbstractMicro RNAs (miRNAs) are short non-coding RNAs involved in various cellular processes, playing a crucial role in gene regulation. Identifying miRNA targets remains a central challenge and is pivotal for elucidating the complex gene regulatory networks. Traditional computational approaches have predominantly focused on identifying miRNA targets through perfect Watson-Crick base pairings within the seed region, referred to as canonical sites.

1 INTRODUCTION Pancreatic cancer is the third leading cause of cancer death in the United States, with an overall 5-year survival rate of 12%.1 About half (47%) of pancreatic cancer patients were diagnosed at a late stage with a 5-year survival rate of 3%, due to rapid disease progression and limited treatment options.1 Currently, surgical resection with adjuvant chemotherapy is the only potential cure for pancreatic cancer with an anticipated median overall survival of 54.4 months, but only...

We collected 152 paired human ccRCC and adjacent nontumor tissues (4 paired tissues for screening phase and 148 paired tissues for validation phase) from the Southwest Hospital of the Army Medical University (Chongqing, China, 2019–2022). Clinical characteristics are listed in Supplementary Table S1-2. The diagnosis of ccRCC was confirmed via histopathological examination. This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Southwest Hospital of Army Medical University (approval number: KY2020121).

1. IntroductionWith the development of oil-gas and geological drilling engineering, drilling engineering is constantly moving towards deep-ground, on the one hand, in order to develop deep-ground oil, gas, geothermal, and mineral resources [1], and on the other hand, to promote the development of geoscience [2]. During the process of drilling deep into the ground, drilling engineering faces more and more challenges, such as increasing formation temperature and deteriorating rock drillability.
