SUFFOLK, Va. — The overpass on the corner of Nansemond Parkway and Wilroy Road, designed to ease traffic caused by trains in the area, is almost ready for drivers. “I’ve experienced the delays myself, and I think this is an important project for the city of Suffolk. CHESAPEAKE, Va. — If you drive George Washington Highway with regularity, you may hit quite a lot of road work once you meet the interchange with Old Mill Road in Chesapeake, and attempt to cross the water. That work is because of the Deep Creek Bridge Replacement Project.
