NEW ORLEANS — For nearly 20 years, Niagara University has provided students with a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience at one of the biggest sporting events in the world—the Super Bowl. This year, eight students from the university’s College of Hospitality, Sport, and Tourism Management traveled to Super Bowl LIX to work behind the scenes. They were able to get a firsthand look at what it takes to put on a major sporting event.
