By Chuck Barnett, Mike Purdy, Gordon Clawson and Craig Walker I write today to raise additional issues relative to the Ventura County Parks Departments proposal for an overnight campground at Soule Park. Historically, the park gate is closed around dusk and opened in the morning. During the night, there is presently very little or no lighting. This would all change with the incorporation of camping. Traffic would be 24 hours a day and night lighting would abound.
