It can cost thousands of dollars for families to remodel their bathrooms to fit the needs of their child, that makes personal care, challenging. Schloegel Design Remodel partners with the Olivia Bloomfield Foundation to give away a custom bathroom, valued at $25,000 to a family in need.

KANSAS CITY, Kan. — A historic burger joint is back open in Kansas City, Kansas’ Armoudale neighborhood after closing during the pandemic. Paul’s Jr. Drive-in is under new ownership but still serves the same menu. It’s grand opening was last week but people decided to wait out the long line Wednesday on National Burger Day. “I came down here the other day, and the line was way back there, and now it’s National Burger Day , so I’m going to go try it out,” said customer Vaughn Taylor.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Expect to see more construction signs and cones on the Kansas City, Missouri side of a stretch of Southwest Boulevard. Construction on the water lines is already underway and should wrap up soon. Next will be the start of the plan city leaders say will make road conditions safer for drivers and people walking around. The project includes water main replacement, sidewalk repairs and overall beautifying the space, a total investment of $43.6 million.
