Stem Tensile Strength AnalysisThe genetic gain analysis of stem tensile strength is shown in Table 2, Table 3, Table 4 and Table 5. According to Table 2 and Table 3, the average stem tensile strength of the female parent lines was 26.50 N, with a variation range of 24.05–30.02 N. All of the improved lines showed significantly higher stem tensile strength than the baseline PH6WC.

A fiber sensor with significantly enhanced temperature and strain sensitivities is proposed. This sensor, which comprises a fiber Sagnac interferometer (FSI) in parallel with an improved fiber modal interferometer (FMI), has been validated in experiments. The FSI consists of a section of polarization-maintaining fiber (PMF) and a ${2}\! \times \!{2}$ 3 dB optical coupler (OC), serving as the sensing interferometer.
