FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Forty-one games into the season, Arkansas has hit a wall. Playing 66 innings of baseball from Friday to Friday is similar to a MLB workload. It's a harsh set of circumstances dealt to the Hogs due to weather and a switch from a Friday-Sunday series to a Thursday-Saturday series. The Hogs are just 3-4 in that stretch and have lost its first SEC series at Baum-Walker Stadium since 2022.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Mother nature has made the final decision on the fate of the annual Red-White game for Arkansas. The university announced in a press release Saturday morning that the game was canceled after previously canceling the pregame festivities Friday. The autograph session that was originally planned in lieu of the Red-White game should weather become a factor has also been called off.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — By the time Arkansas coach Dave Van Horn intentionally walked Jace LaViolette with a runner on third and one out in the bottom of the seventh, the Texas A&M slugger had already hit two homers in the Aggies' 9-2 win over the No. 2 Razorbacks in the series finale. It was LaViolette's third and fourth homer of the series. Slotted at No. 7 overall in Baseball America's latest mock draft, the junior center fielder showed his raw power with the bat.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Arkansas' bats woke up for a big inning that the fans at Baum-Walker have become accustomed to. The Razorbacks used a six-run fifth to break a 4-4 tie and even the series with a 11-5 win over the Texas A&M Aggies. It's the ninth time in 17 SEC games that the Hogs have scored at least five runs in an inning. The Aloy brothers, Kuhio and Wehiwa, finished the day 6-for-9 at the plate and led the offense that managed 12 hits off Aggie pitchers.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Arkansas coach Dave Van Horn said it best. It's about when you catch a team. Despite Texas A&M coming into the game at just 21-15 overall, the Aggies won their sixth straight SEC game at the Razorbacks expense, 7-4. The Aggies scored just 2.5 runs per game in their first six conference games, but have been on a tear late, scoring 91 runs in its three most recent SEC series for an average of over 10 runs a game.

Final: Arkansas 13, Georgia 3 Arkansas is 32-3 (12-1) #WPS

I wrote about this specific face before the season. A huge reason why the family loved Arkansas is because of the staff's willingness to let him slowly work back. https://t.co/UYHydwwMKU

At the risk of being a prisoner of the moment, I don't think there's been a bigger jackpot hit for DVH in the portal than Aiden Jimenez. There was a realistic shot that he wasn't even supposed to pitch at all this season. He's allowed three earned runs in 21 1/3 innings. #WPS
