A juvenile was killed and an adult wounded in a shooting in Durham Friday night. A shooting in Durham Friday night left one juvenile dead and one adult wounded, Durham police said. The shooting took place about 8:30 p.m. Friday in the 1200 block of Dayton Street, police said. The victims, both males, were taken to a hospital, where the juvenile died of his injuries. Police said the shooting appeared to be an isolated incident but provided no other details as they continue to investigate.

Durham police are investigating the fatal shooting of a 15-year-old boy on Danube Lane Saturday afternoon. Police responded to a report of a shooting in the 4800 block of Danube Lane about 2:40 p.m., and found the teenager, who had been hit by gunfire. EMS took the teen to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to a Durham Police Department news release. Investigators are still on the scene, and the investigation is continuing. The police did not release any additional details.

Two people were killed in a shooting in Graham in Alamance County Friday night, police said. Graham police officers responded to a report of a shooting around 10:30 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of E. Hill Street. The found two people who had been hit by gunfire - Jamal Isaiah Thorpe, 28, of Graham; and Kenneth Uriah Francis, 29, of Burlington. Thorpe was declared dead at the scene. Francis was air-lifted to a local trauma center, where he died Saturday, police said.
