Las Vegas-based Light & Wonder has announced a multimillion-dollar agreement with the Buffalo Thunder and Cities of Gold casinos in New Mexico to modernize their casino systems and operations. The tribal properties, operated by the Pueblo of Pojoaque, were early adopters to iView Pro S, Light & Wonder’s newest casino hardware system. The player interface enhances the gaming experience by displaying dynamic content and enabling customer interaction.

MGM Resorts International announced Thursday a new employment agreement with its top executive. Bill Hornbuckle, president and chief executive officer of MGM Resorts, will continue serving in his current roles with the Las Vegas-based gaming and hospitality company through the end of 2028. According to a news release, Hornbuckle was offered an advisory role at the conclusion of his current term to assist with the opening of the company’s yet-to-be-completed casino resort in Osaka, Japan.

A megaresort on the Strip is, once again, making changes within its leadership ranks, moving two of its top recently appointed executives into new roles. Alex Dixon, who was named chief executive officer of Resorts World Las Vegas in January, will become a senior adviser to the company’s board of directors, the casino-hotel announced Thursday.
