    At 6 p.m., June 3 the Brandon Youth Mountain Bike Club (BYMBC) will meet in the Brandon High School student parking lot 1025 S. Ortonville Road for their first ride of the fall season.  Brandon students along with all sixth-12 grade area students are welcome to join. The team competes in six Sunday fall races as part of the Michigan Scholastic Cycling Association. Practices are two-three days each week. Mountain bike, helmets and water bottles are required.

The 10 feet by 10 feet sign will be located along Grange Hall Road at the site of the new Michigan State Police detachment and Groveland Township Fire Station #1 building near I-75. The cost of the sign is $68,000 and was purchased from Ortonville-based MRJ Sign Company.
