A Quincy man officials say is a member of the Boston-based gang H-Block has pleaded guilty to drug conspiracy charges in Boston federal court. Jason Bly, 44, pleaded guilty Wednesday to one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine and one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine, the DOJ said. U.S. District Court Judge Myong J. Joun scheduled Bly's sentencing for June 17.
